Laibon Health & Wellness offers telehealth services when clinically appropriate. Telehealth may not be suitable for all medical concerns and may require follow-up in person based on clinical judgment, patient safety, or regulatory requirements.

By requesting or participating in a telehealth visit, you acknowledge that:

  • Telehealth has limitations compared to in-person care

  • Certain conditions may require physical examination, testing, or urgent/emergency evaluation

  • Technical issues may interrupt a telehealth visit

  • Not all diagnoses or prescriptions can be made through telehealth

  • You are responsible for being in an appropriate and private location during your visit whenever possible
